I.  Passport, Consular and Visa services:

a)  Second Secretary (consular) is available to address any grievance/issue with regard to passport and consular services between 15 to 17 hrs on working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) in the consular wing of embassy of India, Buenos Aires..

b)  Any grievance/issue relating to passport, consular and visa services may also be communicated in writing to Second Secretary (consular) at the following e-mail id address:

consular@indembarg.org.ar

a) A complaints/suggestions box is kept in the reception area of the Embassy for receiving complaints/ suggestions with regard to visa, consular and passport services rendered by the embassy.

b) The Charges d´Affaires will be available to meet members of the public in the Embassy to address any grievance regarding Passport / OCI and Consular matters every Thursday (1600h – 1700h).

 

II.  Any grievances with regard to issues not involving passport, consular and visa services and relating to functioning of other wings of the embassy may be brought to the notice of the following in writing:
